Signs that the world is coming to an end

Legendary Gospel recording artist Bebe Winans was arrested Wednesday on a charge of domestic assault in Nashville. The charge stems from a violent altercation that took place with his ex-wife last month, The Smoking Gun reports.
According to Nashville officials, on February 13, Winans reportedly went to his ex-wife's residence to pick up his children in accords with their custody agreement and was confronted by Debra Winans about a matter relating to the children. An argument ensued and according to police records, Winans smashed his ex-wife's face into the concrete. Benjamin "Bebe" Winans was charged with a misdemeanor domestic assault and held at the Davidson County Jail until he was released on a $1000 bond.
Bebe Winans is known for his successful musical partnership with sister, Cece Winans in the eighties and nineties, garnering twelve R&B hit singles including two number ones. Winans is the recipient of five Grammy awards, eight Dove awards, two NAACP awards, and over a dozen Stellar awards.

From juanita bynum & rev. meeks, chris & rihanna, and now bebe winans & his ex, I'm so sick of this media bs. I know first hand that domestic violence exists, I'm jus sick to death of the media reports. I'm soooooo sick of hearing only bits and piece's of a story (that usually shows the man in a negative light) and not offering a complete picture of what happened. Grandma always said that there are THREE sides to a story; his side, her side, and the truth. So far (as always) I hear her side with a lot of media attention, and then his story doesn't matter. Women are taught at an early age how to deal with emotional concerns, men are not. Men are taught things like, how to fight and defend their homes, family, and self but never instructed on how to cope with emotional issues…….just a thought.

I can't comment on the story other than to say I do hope and pray that the truth is very different.

However, I wanted to give someone a heads up that the Debra Winans posted in the pic is NOT Bebe's ex-wife. That is Bebe's little sister of the same name.
