Absolutely ridiculous behavior on the behalf of Dallas Police Officer in the case of Ryan Moats, running back for the Texans. This story has reached the masses since last week, when Ryan Moats and family were stopped for running a red light in a race to see see his dying mother in law. Not to mention the same officer stopped Ryan Moats wife 5 months earlier and harassed her giving her 5 tickets which was later dismissed!!
