Vibe Magazine use to be a staple in the Hip-Hop/African American Community, but now after 17 years the Magazine has failed to meet the needs of consumers, and will be closing shop today. Announcement at 2pm today.

Smart move for them actually. They stand to make a lot more with taking their message online and making a lot of dough from advertising.
