Usher's "Raymond Vs Raymond" album has been pushed back to 2010. The album was scheduled to be released December 22nd, the same day Mary J. Blige is set to release album "Stronger", however Ushers reps told MTV, "We believe that the album is so strong that we want to give it the opportunity to have the proper setup before coming out."

That's BS…lead single  "Papers" isn't doing as well as they thought, and competing against MJB gave Ushers team second thoughts, as it should….
