Lil' Wayne looks a reptilian mess standing there with Big Boi of OutKast, but the simple answer to the question above is NO! He sure got folks talking online, when the photo uptop was released of him with little hairs sticking up inside a mini Maya Angelou fro. Gosh, he's ugly, but his hair is just pulled back in a ponytail.
