A white woman was highly pissed and concerned after she saw this stereotypical Supermarket ad for Black History month. Where's the fresh produce?
A white lady tipster from Philadelphia sent in this circular from her local Super Fresh (located at 180 West Girard Avenue) today. Next to a beaming young boy and the text, “Black History Month: Proud to honor and celebrate African American history, culture and achievements,” Super Fresh had printed weekly deals for items such as canned collard greens (our tipster: “Not even fresh”), hot sauce, sodas, and Ramen noodles.
“Really can’t believe that they printed and distributed this to the public,” she added.
